What is Sea Moss

Sea moss is not a moss, but a red algae. Plants in the ocean are older than
plants on earth, and full of powerful nutrients. Eating seaweed is a great way to add nutrients and minerals to your diet.

What's the Difference Between Sea Moss & Irish Moss

Sea moss grows in warm, tropical oceans and have thick, stick-like branches. You can often find it in gold, purple and green varieties. Irish moss grows in colder, northern oceans and has dark red, flat curly leaves. Both are part of the red algae family which makes them very similar in nutritional value. If you search for any information on sea moss, you will find the same for Irish moss.
