Rinse Sea Moss thoroughly to remove excessive salt and debris.
Soak from 3 to 6 hours as some sea moss re-hydrate quicker. Purple takes longer. Add more water as the moss swells to make sure it stays covered.
Add soaked sea moss + equal amount of water to a blender.
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds at a time until you get a smooth, pudding like textured gel.
For best results, store in the fridge in an airtight jar.
It will be gelatinous when chilled. Always use a clean spoon to serve.
